Our Mission

Why we do what we do

We’re Sarah & Sean and our vegan journey began in 2017 after watching countless documentaries on Netflix (as most do). We have compassion for all living beings and the planet we live on. We want to share our knowledge and food to inspire others to live a healthy benevolent life.

Food is a very important part of our lives. We use it to share with others and to build connections. It's also used to heal our bodies and prevent illness.

Our memories live in food and becoming vegan shouldn't prevent us from eating the foods we know and love. All foods can be recreated to be plant-based and still as delicious as the real thing!

Being vegan is hard enough so we’ve made it easier to season your foods to taste just like foods you may miss. We’ve created a special line of vegan seasonings for your food made with all-natural and gluten-free ingredients.

We Support Local
Animal Sanctuaries

Our vegan journey started with health but evolved into animal wellbeing. We knew we couldn't live a compassionate life that involved pain and suffering for such lovable sentient beings.

Before going vegan we really never had any interactions with farm animals. Animal sanctuaries provided us with the opportunity to become connected to the wonderful animals that so many only see as a meal on their plate. We're grateful to have gotten the opportunity to meet and interact with such incredible beings. We see the kindness in their eyes and feel the unconditional love being around them.

Animal sanctuaries are a safe haven for animals rescued by the meat industry or pets that have been abandoned and in need. It's not easy work to care for these animals and it also is not cheap. We want to help these animal sanctuaries continue to do the great work that they do.

We are a current monthly sponsor of Schnyder a potbelly pig at A Home For Hooves animal sanctuary. Located in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Providing a loving home for rescued and abandoned farm animals.

Owned by Michelle Singleton, she and her group of volunteers provide so much love and care to all of the animals who call A Home For Hooves their happily ever after.

A compassionate
world for all

We believe it's possible to live a healthy vegan lifestyle. Now more than ever we have the resources to take animals off our plates. Animals deserve a life free from fear, abuse, suffering and to live out their full natural lives.

Food lives in our memories and we seek out those nostalgic foods. That dish you would eat for Thanksgiving dinner or maybe a special dish you would have for your birthday. With so many innovative vegan cooks and new vegan food products coming out we're able to recreate any traditional meat-based dish into a flavorful plant-based one.

We want to show the world how easy it is to be vegan and how you can make incredibly delicious food without using any animal products. We use real food that tastes great without the suffering. We want to create a future full of compassion for not only us humans beings but all animals and the planet.
