Delicious! Perfect soup seasoning

I make my own shelf-stable noodle bowls to bring to the office. They include dried veggies, soy curls, and rice noodles. I have a few flavor powders I like to add, but nothing that tasted really "meaty". I'm not vegetarian but I try to only meat 3-4 times per week, so it was important that it was vegetarian. I also have celiac disease, which made it hard to find something that would work for my needs. This product has been great. I served a soup with it to a vegan friend, and she asked if I had served her beef broth by mistake!

Dissolves easy in hot water

I added a teaspoon of the powder to a cup of hot boiled water and mixed it all together. The powder dissolved quickly without leaving any clumps. The vegan beef stock tasted good: moderately salty and similar to any natural beef stock. Good vegan powder for making quick soups!
