Avocado toast!
One of my favorite places to get avocado toast before going vegan was Phil's Coffee. They would add slices of egg on top and I just thought those 2 flavors go so well together. Since going vegan I've really missed that extra eggy flavor on my avocado toast but luckily there's No Egg Seasoning! Simply sprinkle some over your avocado toast for instant egg flavor :)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices of Bread
- 1/2 Avocado (ripe)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp No Egg Seasoning
- Optional Spread: Cream Cheese, Olive Oil, Hummus, Mayo
- Optional Seasoning: Bagel Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, Red Chili Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toast bread to your preferred toast level (I like to toast mine for 2 minutes a little toasty but not too much)
- If you like add some kind of spread to the toast (I like to add Kite Hill cream cheese to mine)
- Smash or slice avocado and place on top of toast
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp or less of No Egg Seasoning over avocado
- Add any additional seasonings you like (I like to add bagel seasoning & red chili flakes)
