Fried Vegan Chinese Egg Rolls - Gluten Free!

These deliciously fried vegan and gluten free Chinese egg rolls will have you wanting more! Good thing this recipe yields 8 rolls or more!

I used rice wraps to make these gluten free but feel free to use wheat spring roll wrappers if you prefer. When cooking with rice wraps they can stick together and rip so be careful when handling and cooking them.

Great flavor!

I have now used No Chix bouillon for potato and leek soup, and two pots of spicy sausage, white bean and kale (all vegan). I tend to add a little extra for a more hearty stock. The flavor is great. I love how simple and clean the ingredients are.
